1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, login credentials, email verification status, account status, sessions, and authentication metadata.
  • Profile and professional information: username, biography, role, skills, education, experience, portfolio, social links, availability, preferences, and public profile settings.
  • Business and organization information: business profiles, team members, roles, products, services, verification documents, contact requests, business needs, project information, jobs, applications, and marketplace listings.
  • Content and communications: posts, comments, reactions, saved posts, media, messages, attachments, receipts, inquiries, support tickets, notifications, and moderation signals.
  • Billing information: subscription plan, selected price, currency, country, payment status, provider references, invoice or receipt metadata, tax or fee snapshots, refund status, and transaction records. Payment card or wallet details may be processed by payment providers rather than stored directly by NetWorld.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser data, cookies, identifiers, request logs, security events, rate-limit data, crash logs, and analytics.

2. How we use information

  • To create and secure accounts, verify email, authenticate sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • To provide profiles, posts, feeds, networking, connections, messaging, business pages, marketplace, jobs, projects, support, notifications, admin tools, billing, and subscriptions.
  • To personalize feeds, recommendations, search, discovery, plan access, country or currency selection, and notifications.
  • To process payments, verify subscriptions, apply access limits, prevent fraud, manage refunds, and maintain audit records.
  • To detect abuse, enforce policies, investigate security incidents, respond to support requests, and comply with law.
  • To improve NetWorld through aggregated analytics, diagnostics, product research, and performance monitoring.

3. Sharing of information

  • With other users where you choose to make content public or visible through profiles, posts, comments, marketplace listings, business pages, jobs, messages, or connection features.
  • With organization administrators and team members where you join or manage an organization account.
  • With service providers for hosting, storage, databases, email delivery, SMS or OTP delivery, payments, analytics, security, logging, support, and infrastructure.
  • With payment providers to process checkout, renewals, payment verification, disputes, fraud checks, and refunds.
  • With authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or integrity.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

  • NetWorld keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and preserve legitimate business records.
  • Some records, such as billing, audit, security, tax, and transaction records, may be retained after account deletion where required by law or legitimate business needs.

5. Security

  • NetWorld uses security controls such as authentication, request validation, rate limiting, secure headers, restricted CORS, Prisma query safety, storage controls, logging, and operational monitoring.
  • No system is completely secure. Users should choose strong credentials, protect devices, and report suspicious activity.

6. Your choices

  • You may update account and profile details, manage visibility settings, unsubscribe from optional communications where available, cancel subscriptions, request account deletion, and contact support about privacy rights.
  • Some public or shared content may remain visible to others if copied, quoted, archived, required for conversation integrity, or retained for legal or safety reasons.

7. Children

NetWorld is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children. Users below the minimum age required by applicable law must not create accounts without valid consent where required.

8. International transfers

NetWorld may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, NetWorld will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Changes

NetWorld may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes may be announced in-app, by email, or through the website.
